Using data to inform practice
Dr. Talusan and her team focus on data informed practices to deliver the most comprehensive strategies for your organization and team.
Equity reports
Using document based analysis, Dr. Talusan will work with your team to review existing documents, policies, practices, programs, and procedures that align with equity. Rooted in research, Dr. Talusan will help your team unmask and reveal areas of strength and weakness in your current practices and recommend strategic initiatives that will move your work forward. A typical timeline for an equity report is 2-4 months.
Intercultural development inventory (IDI)
Dr. Talusan and Ms. O’Donnell are both certified as qualified administrators of the Intercultural Development Inventory. This measures an individual and group’s current capacity for engaging in cross-cultural work. It is recommended that teams engage in a pre- and post-test assessment before beginning major DEIJ initiatives in order to measure effectiveness of strategy. This assessment is best used on teams who work closely together to develop strategy.
The energy leadership inventory (ELI)
The ELI provides data informed strategies for individuals and groups to better understand how conflict is managed. This inventory helps people see what happens when they experience thriving-conditions and what tends to serve as barriers to effectiveness. This assessment is appropriate for individuals, leaders, and for teams seeking to better understand their group dynamics.
